Team Administrator/Finance - Sydney, Australia


Reponsibilities:

  • Handling Company’s Accounts; maintaining an accurate and up to date MYOB file for the company inclusive of accounts payables, accounts receivables; petty cash; payroll and bank reconciliations.
  • Preparation of journal entries and adjustments into the accounting system; prepare and maintain financial year end schedules; including debtors and creditors; and to ensure all accounting requirements; up to and including trial balance are complete.
  • Payroll; process salaries and maintain required records including salary schedule, salary packaging records.
  • Account Receivable & Payable; generate invoices and ensure client is billed; Debts collections and payments of creditors on a timely basis.
  • Internal Accountant; Preparation of monthly financial statements/reports; yearly budget/forecast reports to provide to Parent Company for review; generating other ad hoc reports as required by directors; preparation and submission of Business Activity Statements;
  • Instalment Activity Statements to the ATO; preparation of documents to provide to auditors during annual audit.
  • Human resource; generating letter of appointments; Processing & Payment of monthly payroll and allowances; Superannuation remittance as required by Superannuation Levy Act & all other miscellaneous duties in relation to employee’s employment
  • Sales and Professional Services team support; assist with the preparation and review of contracts; quotes and proposal
  • Office Administration; Facilities management; Ensure Occupation Health and Safety standards are met; handling phone enquiries; maintaining filing system
  • Professional Services Project management: planning of projects, co-ordination of activities with client, documentation and administration of projects.
  • Support: Provide first line support for all products, Maintaining case in ticketing system, Met SLA for cases
  • Project co-ordination: Ensure that projects are assigned; Follow up on projects to ensure they are on track
  • Sales support

Must be/have:

  • Degree qualified
  • At least 1 year experience in accounting/finance industry.

Desirable:

  • Experience in SWIFT 
  • Knowledge of SWIFT solutions and/or payments processing applications in finance sector

SWIFT Consultant

We are looking for a self-motivated person who is experienced in consulting, implementing, administrating and supporting SWIFT Systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the SWIFT Professional Services team;
  • Provide Professional Consultancy Service, Application Implementation Support and Maintenance of SWIFT;
  • Troubleshoot problems and propose preventive measures to prevent recurrence;
  • Provide 24x7 support through telephone or onsite support;
  • work with customer/vendor/partners to establish the root cause of problems and provide end-to-end service support;
  • Implement solutions and provide product-related consulting at customer sites;
  • Participate in product specification reviews, and perform acceptance test;
  • Participate in product technical reviews and giving product presentations and demos;
  • Perform regular health checks;
  • Participate in disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) exercises;

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical degree with 5-10 years of system and application support and development experience;
  • Experience with SWIFT SAA, SAG and SWIFT Service Bureau, Financial Messaging;
  • Good troubleshooting skills;
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or Unix/AIX/Linux;
  • Experience with HSM and VPN
  • Basic understanding of LAN, WAN and Firewall;
  • SWIFT certified engineer will be highly valued;
  • Good command of oral and written English;
  • Solid work ethic;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects;
  • Willingness to travel;

  • Work with project team to complete assigned tasks;
  • Provide 24x7 standby support;
  • Perform other support and administrative duties as assigned by the Company;
